Frequently Asked Questions

What's included in my subscription?

You will get all the funnels and supporting emails as well as 6 days a week support via the ticketing system & Facebook Group (Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm & Saturdays 8am until midday) and 1 live call a week via Zoom to trouble shoot any issues (Wednesday 2pm NZT).

I'm on another system, not ClickFunnels - can I import my funnels too?

Sorry no. This software has a specific tool to import ClickFunnels funnels making our job more efficient. There is still manual work involved to ensure it all works across desktop and mobile but it won't be manually copying and pasting like it would be for other funnels.

Is this system GHL (Go High Level)?

Yes it is. This system is used by many funnel agencies and has a very good track record of supporting thousands of businesses worldwide. We have white labelled it The Honest Tech Toolkit because it has our personal funnels, systems and support.

Do you provide a Done For You Service outside of this offer?

We have a Tech VA service where you can hire a fully trained VA for however long you need them. There are no contracts and no set term. You just hire them for 10 hour blocks at a time. They know our system, our methodology and get regular training and support to improve their skills regularly. Once you sign up you'll see the offer to grab one to start working on your project straight away. Our clients LOVE this service and continue to use our VAs again and again because the service has opened a pathway that has never been available to them before. If tech is not your thing you will LOVE this!!

Can you help me get set up with the tech side? I'm not very techy!

Absolutely! We offer a White Glove Onboarding Service, once you sign up you can upgrade to the VIP package on the next page. Check the offers as you go through the funnel when you purchase. This is separate to the Tech VA service above. They do not do the initial set up as it is a bit more complicated and every situation is unique so it requires a more experienced resource.

Why do I need a separate email server?

The system is not built to handle this function of sending emails but it's even better. You can swap out the email sender if you're not happy with the service (eg your emails aren't being delivered and going into the promotional folder). You can sign up for a SMTP service for a small additional fee each month. You will need to sign up for your own account for that, but if you choose the White Glove Onboarding service we will connect everything for you (or if you prefer to do it yourself you can follow the training and connect it yourself).

Do you have set contracts?

No. You can use our system for as long (or as short) as you like. It's totally your call. You can cancel whenever you want. There is no minimum term.

Is the system capable of anything else?

Yes, so much more! There are new features coming all the time - we would be updating this page every few weeks so we just say contact us at [email protected] if you have any questions about what the system offers.

What will the ongoing charges be?

The base plan starts at $117 + your mail server (which is an additional monthly fee). That's it. If you want to pay yearly then you will get two months free. The yearly charge is $1,170. Your monthly fees could be $137 a month for everything we have listed with no extra charges for more contacts, websites, funnels or course. It's all unlimited!

What currency do you charge?

All prices are in USD.

Do you offer any other training so I can manage it on my own?

Yes, you will have access to training videos which explain how you can create your own funnels and make changes. We are continually adding to it based on customer feedback and you can watch them at your own pace. These are short bite-sized videos.

I haven't got a lot of time, can I send a delegate to the calls?

Yes! Absolutely! We will train your assistant or team members. Send them to the calls, get them to submit support tickets. Let them have access to the training portal. They can be your delegate so you can get on with running your business. Or just hire one of our fully trained tech VAs. They're fast and super awesome.

Do you have an affiliate program?

Yes! All existing Toolkit customers can enroll in the program and get 30% commission on the subscription fee for anyone they sign up under their link.
